Possibly the ultimate form of travel. Be it your first time on a Panama cruise or your second worldwide cruise, the possibilities of cruises are endless. The type of cruise you choose will depend on your personal circumstances. Time for one thing (You can't cut short a cruise if you don't like it!) try a 3-4 day cruise first of all to see if you like cruising before committing to a worldwide cruise.
We'd also recommend that you pick a cruise line with boats that can go into most ports, if not you may be faced with a lengthy wait to get ashore each time if your cruise ship has to anchor offshore. Also what type of cruise liner are you looking for? The cheap cruise lines tend to attract lots of families with lots of very active children so may not be suited for those without children or those wanting a relaxing cruise. There are more expensive cruises out there that may not seem worth the money initially but we'd rather be on a cruise boat that holds 600 people than 2,600 wouldn't you?
Budgetting for your cruise
Ask yourself how much are you really prepared to spend on a cruise? (Don't forget the 'tips' which are compulsary on lots of cruises and can run into $$$, and all inclusive doesn't always mean that - you may find that dependant on your cabin class depends on which restaurants you are allowed to eat in).
Cruise Destinations
There are a whole host of cruises out there from the Nile Crusies, Caribbean cruises through to Alaskan cruises.
Also we'd very strongly recommend you visit one of the many 'Cruise reviews' on the web before booking, some of the reports on some cruises need to be read to be believed. Most of all shop around as cruise prices can vary wildy form one cruise line to another cruise line.
