Vitamins are complex organic substances required for the benefit of our general health, growth and vitality.

Vitamin C

Found in green vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes, strawberries, citrus fruits, if deficient you may find anaemia, joint & muscle pain, infections. Problems may include tiredness, nausea, and diarrhoea. Good levels give good healing, resistance to infection and antioxidants.

Vitamin D

Found in milk, eggs, liver, and sunlight, if deficient you may find soft bones, which can break easily. Problems may include tiredness and kidney stones. Good levels give good bones and teeth.

Vitamin E

Found in green vegetables, Whole-grain, vegetable oils, if deficient you may find anaemia and low stamina. Good levels give dizziness and weakness.

Vitamin K

Found in green vegetables, liver, if deficient you may get excessive bleeding. Problems may include poor clotting and jaundice. Good levels give good blood clotting.

Vitamin B6

Found in meat, fish, poultry, green vegetables, whole-grain products, if deficient you may find anaemia, convulsions and skin problems. Problems may include damaged nerves and tiredness. Good levels give a healthy nervous system and helps to increase red blood cells.

Vitamin B12

Found in meat, fish, poultry, milk, eggs, cheese, if deficient you may find anaemia and tiredness. Good levels give a healthy nervous system.

Riboflavin

Found in dairy products, green vegetables, whole-grain products, if deficient you may find skin rashes, sensitive eyes. Good levels give good skin, eyesight, and energy production.

Folate

Found in green vegetables, liver, beans, nuts, if deficient you may find sleeping difficulties and diarrhoea. Good levels helps to make new cells.

Niacin

Found in meat, poultry, fish, eggs, whole-grain products, if deficient you may find dizziness, tiredness diarrhoea. Problems may include low blood pressure, nausea, and diarrhoea. Good levels give a healthy nervous system, skin, and digestive system.
