Hallucinogens abuse such as Ecstacy abuse is now widespread due to the low price of ecstacy tablets with prices now being less than $3/£1.50. Ecstacy gives the user a feeling of euphoria, everyone is your new best friend. However ecstacy abuse can lead to depression after the 'High'. Ecstacy abuse can also lead to you body overheating, and your heart rate increasing. Ecstacy abuse result in approximately 12 deaths in the UK alone.
PCP abuse interrupts the functions of the brain that controls the intellect and keeps instincts in check. Because the PCP abuse blocks pain receptors, violent PCP episodes may result in self-inflicted injuries. The effects of PCP abuse are varied, but PCP drug abusers frequently report a sense of distance and detahcments. A PCP drug abusers movements are slowed down. Muscular co-ordination worsens and all senses are dulled. PCP drug abusers cna find speech becomes incoherent. Severe PCP drug abuse can lead to paranoia, violence and hallucinations. Heavy PCP drug abuse may produce convulsions, comas, heart & lung failure.
LSD abuse - LSD is cheap and easy to obtain but LSD drug abuse is possibly one of the worst as along with mescaline it can cause severe drug induced hallucinations. The physical effects of LSD drug abuse are dilated pupils, elevated body temperature, increased heart rate and blood pressure, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, and tremors. Severe LSD drug abuse may result in panic attacks, confusion, suspicion, anxiety, & loss of control.
